Bad Economy Opportunities

I hear many people talking about how bad this economy is, but if you think about it, this could be the chance of a lifetime! There are so many good things that can come from this that we should all be getting ready to ride the wave when it comes.
If you are still working, this is a great time to look at how we spend and what is really important to us. By becoming more money fit, we will thrive when the economy comes back. By learning now how to properly manage our money, and by taking a close look at just where we were tossing it away, we will be in a good position not to repeat the bad money habits we were use to.
Interest rates are at all time lows, and there are all kinds of deals to be had in real estate. If you are a first time buyer, this is the best thing that could have happened to you. If you have a home, this is a great time to re-finance.
If you are not working, this is an excellent time to take a good look at what you would LOVE to do, rather than just looking for a job to make money. Get a life coach to help you figure out what would bring you most happiness. This is the perfect time to take some classes that would open much bigger doors for you in areas that you actually enjoy working in.
This is also a great time to get back into shape. If you have some time off, go to the gym and get more fit. You will work better, be more engaged when speaking with people and will have more energy for clearer thinking. Another major benefit is that working out works better for depression than any drug in EVERY TEST EVER DONE!! You will be more happy which will pay off big when looking for new work. Go at it hard and allow yourself to enjoy it.
With staying home more often, this is also a good time to build relationships. Spending more time playing with the kids, time with spouse, friends and relatives makes us stronger in our basic values. This is a great opportunity.
Don’t get sucked into the negative side of all this. Every recession in history was followed by banner recoveries. Be ready to hit the ground running and look for the opportunities. This could be a life changing event!
